The Sexually Sovereign Woman is a live cohort experience for high-achieving women in midlife who are ready to do that work.

Over five intimate sessions, you'll excavate the beliefs, stories, and shame you inherited about sex — and replace them with something you actually chose. You'll finally understand how female desire works (not how you were told it works). You'll map your own erotic landscape: what turns you on, what shuts you down, what you need in order to actually show up. And you'll write a Sexual Sovereignty Statement — a personal declaration of who you are sexually, on your own terms.

This is not a libido fix. It is not couples therapy. It is not a list of techniques.

It is the comprehensive, honest, clinically grounded work of becoming the sexual woman you always suspected you were — before the world talked you out of her.
